When will my order be processed?
Orders placed during the week have a processing time of 1-2 business days depending on method of payment. For orders placed over the weekend processing times resume on the following business day, Monday.
When will I receive my hair?
Once your payment is processed your order will be shipped immediately. All products on hand have a shipping time frame of 1-2 business days. Products that are out of stock are eligible for pre-order and will have a shipping time frame of 5-7 business days.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders will be shipped once payment has been processed. Once shipping confirmation has been sent we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure that both the billing and mailing address correspond to avoid delays & missing packages.Contact us immediately for further assistance with tracking your package.

PRE - ORDERS
Pre - orders are available for items that are not available on hand and items that out of stock. All pre - orders have a shipping time frame of 5-7 business days. In the event of a mistake with your order please contact us within 24 hours.

During Holiday Season lost and stolen packages will be more common choose the option of delivery with required signature to prevent delivery failure or stolen packages.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
In the event that there a mistake has been made with your purchase please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of hair extensions we are unable to accept refunds for hair that has been worn or tampered with. Accessories are exchangeable unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods include Debit,Credit, PayPal & Cash upon delivery. Payment plans are also accepted with Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna.
